Scholarship Statement: Rim Youth Theatre is committed to ensuring every child has the opportunity to participate in the performing arts regardless of financial circumstances. Scholarships are awarded based on demonstrated financial need, available scholarship funds, and approval by the Board of Directors. Approval is not guaranteed, and scholarship awards may be reviewed periodically.
Confidentiality Notice: All information submitted with this application will be treated as confidential and reviewed only by the Rim Youth Theatre Board of Directors or authorized scholarship reviewers. Information will be used solely to determine scholarship eligibility.
Scholarship Renewal Policy: Scholarship awards remain in effect until the Board determines the family's circumstances have changed, scholarship funding is no longer available, or the recipient no longer meets Rim Youth Theatre participation expectations. The Board reserves the right to request updated financial information at any time.
