Participant Conduct Policy:

Rim Youth Theatre is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all participants. Any participant who demonstrates misconduct or behavioral issues will receive a warning, and their parent/guardian will be notified. Following two warnings, Rim Youth Theatre reserves the right to remove the participant from the production at its sole discretion. Participants dismissed for misconduct or behavioral issues will not be eligible for a refund of any registration or production fees.

I understand that auditioning does not guarantee me a role in the production

I understand callback auditions may be required

I understand that, if my child is cast in the production, attendance at all scheduled rehearsals is mandatory. Excessive or unexcused absences may result in my child forfeiting their role, which may be reassigned to an understudy at the sole discretion of Rim Youth Theatre

I understand that if cast, it is my child's responsibility to have all lines memorized by August 31st

I understand that if casted I must accept my child's role and pay a deposit of $90 within a week of acceptance to reserve my child's spot in the program
